Easy Protein Waffle Recipe using Kodiak Power Cake Mix

I love waffles; they’re one of my top foods but I don’t eat them as often anymore because I’ve been trying to eat healthier. The struggle is real when you love food but you also want to be healthier.

I checked the ingredient list and it looked promising with ingredients such as whole grain wheat flour, whole grain oat flour, protein powder and dried honey as the sweetener. A chance to easily have high protein and low sugar waffles– I was sold!

The restaurant was packed but luckily for us, we made a reservation so we were seated immediately. I’d recommend making a reservation on weekends as the restaurant gets quite busy.
